When I walked into this home, sunlight poured through the windows lighting up one of the most magnificent ocean views I have seen.  I paused for a moment, a little dazzled, not quite accustomed to such warmth & light on a winter's afternoon.  A whale breached & I pointed.  The owners just smiled and nodded, "Yes, it's lovely isn't it?  They have been doing that all morning".  I was immediately captivated.
